Last Chance at Romance

Have you ever wanted something so badly that others have called you ‘obsessed’? Was it over love? Revenge? A little of both? Or something entirely different?

In The Killer Trail, Chris Ryder becomes obsessed with bringing the psychopathic killer, Ray Owens, to justice. So much so that he becomes blind to the effect that it is having on his own life and on the lives of those he loves. This includes an old flame, Stephanie Rowe, who has re-entered his now-single life.

Chris knows Ray Owens has his sights set on destroying the lives of Chris’s loved ones and he is just as determined to stop Ray from succeeding. But Chris’s preoccupation with Ray threatens to push away the very person he has fallen in love with.

Will Chris realize the consequences of his actions in time to salvage his relationship before it’s too late? Or will Stephanie become his last chance at romance?

On a personal note, Last Chance at Romance, is the title of a great song, from a great musician named Andrew Pike, who also happens to be a great cousin of mine.
